“Listen, Harry. It’s not. Fucking. Funny.”

Harry: “Something witty and mean about Voldemort’s nose, or lack thereof.”

Voldemort: “Something witty and mean about Harry Potter’s parents, or lack thereof.”

That or something about how cool Snape is.

It’s a good thing Potter-fans have such an original sense of joke-writing. This means that, despite only having seen two of the movies and read none of the books, every time a non-fan like myself hears a Harry Potter-joke we’re going to get it.

Repetitiveness. Where would we be if this wasn’t so accepted in today’s society?

EDIT: More precisely, I have seen the movies. It’s just that I saw the majority of them with the RiffTrax commentary.
